30-Day Return Policy
We want you & your Pets to be happy with every purchase made at PetMens.ca. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your on line purchase, you can return it back to us within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping and handling fees. The item must be in its original and new condition; accompanied with the bill of sale. We will only issue a refund as needed once the item has been received and inspected, to ensure original packaging along with all accessories, parts and guide lines, that were shipped out with your original order. And that’s it! Super easy Returns – We Promise!
Return Process
To start the Return-Refund Process, Simply call our Customer Service during business hours @ 1-877-905-7788 and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Any Products that are sent back to us without an issued RA# will not be accepted. Refunds are for the price of the product only, and do not include the original shipping cost, or return shipping. Once our Control Department has received/inspected the item, you will then be refunded within 72 hours though the same method in which you purchase the product.

Do Not send the product C.O.D., it will not be accepted. For your protection, when returning your purchase, please use an insurable method of delivery. Send all returns via a GROUND method that can be tracked (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx – Ground)
Exceptions to our Return Policy:
*Due to copy rights Rules & Regulations all opened/used DVD’s and CD’s & Books are of a final sale. Sealed/Unopened Products under this category are available to return back to us for a full refund.
*Do to hygienic reasons; do not send used and/or worn out product back to us. It will not be accepted.
*Pet Toy Refills & Accessories are of a Final Sale.
*Any Items marked “Clearance” are of a Final Sale.
*There is a 25% Re Stocking Fee on any Returned unit of a Potty Park.
*In a case of Damaged/ Defective Products or Wrong Item Received: Contact our Customer Service Department within 3 days of receiving the item. We will assist you in this matter the Best we can!
