Our on line Shipping System is solely set up to ship in the Residence of Canada. We ship only to Physical Addresses, via Canada Post Ground and track all sent out parcels. All Prices are in Canadian funds, and taxes will apply as per set Province percentages.
All shipping fees are depended on the weight & dimensions of each product – Including the Canadian Destination. Items are packed and shipped by our staff from our GTA Warehouse and sent to its appointed mailing address. Please note that it is not uncommon for boxes to arrive on different days within the allotted time frame. Shipping & Handling prices for each item will be displayed during the Check out process. Canadian West & East Coast Provinces are best to contact us direct in order to establish the best Shipping cost for your Postal Code location.
Note: Our mailing out system does not accept PO Box Destinations.

3-5 Business days – Toronto, London, Montreal, Kitchener, Windsor
4-8 Business days – Halifax, Saint John, Regina, Saskatoon
5-9 Business days – Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver
7-9 Business days – St. John’s, Victoria

Products Out of Stock
Our system is programmed to display All “OUT OF STOCK” products at PetMens.ca.
Out of Stock Meaning:—A product not currently in stock at our warehouse, but will become available as soon as it arrives. In some cases these Out of stock-back orders can take up to 4 to 6 weeks or even more. This is beyond our control. For your shopping Convenience, we have set in place a product reservation e-mail.
reservation@petmens.ca Customers are able to reserve any back order product of interest, with absolutely no obligation. When and if the product arrives at our warehouse, we will simply send you a quick e-mail stating that it has arrived and is now available to purchase on line, if you still wish to do so.
